Having driven past regularly for years, I thought I would stop and have a look. It was very interesting, but given Aldershot's military history, it has so much more potential, I felt in only scratched the surface. A lot of exhibits need better illumination.
My husband took our grandson to the Military Museum last Sunday. They both enjoyed it very much (old and young alike). They found the staff very helpful and best of all it was FREE...A rare thing these days!
Great afternoon out with the kids, 5 year old was mesmerised by the big Tank!
Older son was quite interested in the traditional barracks & couldn't believe how troops were housed in yesteryear.
