Great customer service when calling to book 2 eldest children for tubing, they offered sledging for my little boy at the same which I didn't know was available and great for him to participate in. On arrival lots of parking, very clean and socially distanced in reception/toilets. Very informative of how to use and rules of tubing/sledging. Eldest boys (15) had a great time, although they thought a little slow and would be better on a wet day. Little man (5) had a great time sledging and got quite a speed up. My only negative would be that an error was made and an extra family was put on our slot, we were told about this just before starting but feel was a little crowded to how it should have been. Boys thought good fun although not enough excitement that they would want to do again.

Visited the centre for my very first ski lesson as a 63year old. Harrison was brilliant and a credit to the centre. He was professional, knowledgable, patient, well spoken and had excellent customer service skills, it was an absolute pleasure to have a lesson with Harrison, please forward my comments to him thankyou. Further I would really recommend the centre, though my grandchildren also had lessons and it gets very very busy at weekends.....thankfully my lesson was a Monday morning two weeks ago, thanks Harrison.

What a great experience with a patient and knowledgable instructor! My son tried snowboarding for the first time and what an experience it was! Priced at just £52 for a 121 session, he learnt so much. For someone that had never put on a snowboard before to someone being able to confidently, and safely, manage the slope, this was amazing achievement for him and a reflection of the quality of the teaching. Thanks for a great time:) Would highly recommend.

Safety and preparation for tubing was good and the children had a great time. An hour is quite long, though, and most of the others allocated to our group had flagged before the end (the walk back up the slope is quite demanding). Suggest 30 - 45 minutes at a slightly reduced price would be more appropriate.
