Is lovely to sit in the cafe and watch the massive container ships load and unload and the little passenger ferry pop in and out. We love to sit there just watching and relaxing. The Languard Fort is worth a visit too and dog friendly.

It was so interesting to watch these enormous container ships loading and unloading Their cargo.with massive cranes. Also to watch the tiny ferry from Harwich landing passengers on the beach. Difference in size was unreal.

Really interesting day out watching those massive boats coming into port to be emptied by the cranes. Off they would go then next one came in. Facinating. Small cafe there with a view of the port lovely cup of tea and a scone. Sandra
