We have recently stayed for 4 nights in Diss and headed to the town on day one to find a welcoming dog friendly pub, First pub we went to The Waterfront not dog or people friendly at all. Stuck our head around the Greyhound door and all is welcome. No food but not a problem. The guys here have taken on a massive challenge as just taken a pub on coming out of covid and they are just so welcoming and we hope they make a success out of it. Bingo on a Tuesday and a quiz on a Thursday - such a giggle. Hope it goes well guys - from the Duchess of Lincolnshire and her royal servants …

Really enoyed having a couple pints here on our short stay in Diss. The staff were kind and the regular crowd was friendly. You might get some side eyes if you're an out-of-towner, but everyone was welcoming and conversational. Will absolutely go again next time I'm in Diss.

What a great little pub in a great little friendly town.....School Reunion held here November 2nd....Staff were lovely, friendly and very attentive to our needs. Thank you for the Lovely Food spread , it actually was nice for a Buffet offering and plenty of it for approximately 60 people...Thank you to Roger Jashek and the Greyhound...Good night had by all.…

Went here for a quick pint when in Diss. Served no problem at all and beer good. Friendly place and decent atmosphere.
