Brought my parents here yesterday and we all enjoyed the food we ordered. Things are cooked fresh plus there are plenty of vegan options which I found helpful. Even had room for a few vegan truffles ! It's a family run joint and everybody is happy and willing to help. Will come here again for sure as live local. There... More

I decided to try a few sessions of Acupuncture while recovering from a serious illness to help get back to fitness and health. The guy who carried out the treatment was very friendly, good manners, knowledgable and likeable. I had a 15min consultation to discuss the best treatment and then a general acupuncture session. It was not painful and was... More

This place is such an eclectic mix of opportunities it really needs a new category. Many people are tempted in by the amazing food and now engage in the other activities, or the other way around. The creative and talented team deserve to be very successful.

Every first Friday of the month the Courtyard Centre opens at night to create a 3 course vegetarian dinner at £19.50 per person, along with options of Vegan or totally uncook raw options. Each... I visited the centre for a free open day and enjoyed a Herbal Medicine workshop/talk, and an informal chat with a fully trained hypo-therapist and I join in with a 5Rhythms dance class which I very much enjoyed. There is also a beautiful cafe with a lush courtyard for enjoying coffees, fruit juices and an all vegetarian and gluten free... More

A beautifully restored old building with great atmosphere and a warm welcome. The food is all freshly prepared from local organic products health and well being the main focus. I have tried various therapies and the workshops are are must to try especially the wreath making workshop at Christmas.
