It is the second time I use Poli Arctici by Stefano Poli. A Longyearbyen. Svalbard Islands.
The first time in 2023 in summer and this year in February.
I found myself exceptionally well.
In summer I took part in a 3 day excursion; in a beautiful Zodiac boat Stefano took the group away to Longyearbyen where we camped two nights on the seashore. He brought everything he (and his collaborators) : tents, food, overalls, a large community tent where he quickly set up a kitchen and where in the evening he cooked for everyone, all great. We also had a stove that heated the big tent. In the morning we would have breakfast and then either walk or Zodiac to spot birds and walruses, get under glaciers, slip into narrow fjords etc.
This year I wanted to see Svalbard all white and I chose the days when the sun rises for the first time after the very long polar night.
It was amazing! 3 days snowmobiling in a white ocean, incredible colors.
We slept in one of Stefano's lodges, the Kregling. Comfortable and equipped.
I have no words to describe the beauty of being like a boat but on a snowmobile, alone, crossing this sea of ice and snow.
And , as for the summer, the organization of Arctic Poles was impeccable this time.
Stefano is a true professional, perfectionist but at hand, always with the group and always available to explain and help. I really heartily recommend that you entrust yourself to him and his organization!

Two snowmobile trips, one more wonderful than the other! The guys from Poli Arctici were wonderful in making us experience this adventure in complete safety and in telling us about the wonders of these environments at the edge of the world. Also very quick in changing the itinerary, compared to the one initially agreed, as this was made necessary by the changed snow conditions.
We also relied on them for the logistical component of our trip and we were extremely satisfied. Definitely recommended!!

I had an absolutely amazing snowmobile tour with Poli Arctici! This was by far the best snowmobile trip I’ve done in Svalbard.
Our guide, Stefano, was fantastic—highly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took us on incredible routes, far from the crowds, allowing us to experience breathtaking and unique landscapes in complete serenity. He was also extremely kind and generous, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey.
If you’re looking for an unforgettable snowmobile adventure in Svalbard, I highly recommend Poli Arctici!

Lorenzo from Poli Arctici took us on an epic 10-hour snowmobiling expedition to Mohnbukta, a beautiful bay on Svalbard’s East Coast. We saw endless cerulean skies, a heavenly sunrise, frozen fjords and waterfalls, fractured and colliding glaciers, and ate lunch atop the sea ice! Traversing the tundra was truly the stuff of dreams; it was the best day of our lives.
We cannot thank Lorenzo enough: he was an insightful and entertaining tour guide, and his passion for the Svalbard wilderness was infectious! Poli Arctici is a highly professional company. We felt safe and comfortable from start to finish and couldn’t recommend them enough.

An unforgattoble and beautiful day's hiking up Nordenskioldtoppen (1053m). We are very lucky to have perfect clear blue sky and wonderful views . Moike was an excellent guide and helped us over the slightly tricky exposed sections. he cured my dizziness by taking me by the hand on the most exposed ridges,
giving me courage.

the lunch offered and consumed at the highest peak accompanied by hot tea and biscuits was very pleasant
A wild and uncontaminated nature. the silence on that peak brought me immense joy

I recommend this small tour operator run by fantastic people Stefano Anna and Nadia.
Stefano sea wolf, knows very well the territory and the sea of Svalbard, Anna and Nadia illustrate the territory and fauna in an excellent way.
Unfortunately with them we made only 2 sea excursions, fantastic excursions, one to the Tempelfjord glacier where Stefano managed to get close to the glacier, indescribable emotion and Isfjorden Nasjonalpark, this last tour replacing the Billefjord and Nordenskiold glacier canceled the day before due to strong northeast wind and communicated promptly leaving us the choice whether to participate in the tour , here we had confirmation of the attention to the customer, who is always at ease and satisfied.
If I decide to return to Svalbard all tours both by sea and land I will do them with them.

We were lucky enough to do with Arctic Poles the snowmobile excursion to the East Coast, and we can't be happier about it. Lorenzo, our guide, was impeccable in telling his immense knowledge about the places visited, as well as a very good leader in putting the whole group at ease in driving snowmobiles (feasible but not very simple, especially in some stretches). If we come back here, we will undoubtedly rely on them: everything was perfect, in every respect. Thank you!

We took the Skipper's Choice boat tour one day while we were in Longyearbyen and we had a fantastic time with Stefano and Anna; thank you both again! Their boat was perfect for our small group (max of 12 passengers with only 9 visitors on the day we went.) We loved that we could sit inside the warm cabin or outside in the open air, and we enjoyed both while viewing the gorgeous scenery and wildlife!

Did the East Coast tour today out of Svalbard. One of the best experiences of my life. Guide Lorenzo was fantastic and the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended trip, and I highly recommend Poli Arctici who were very professional from start to finish.

Amazing experience! My group of friends and I completely entrusted ourselves to Stefano's Team; They made our trip truly unforgettable. Sono Silvia Montesano e insieme al mio compagno, Alessandro Pasotti, vorremmo fare un viaggio invernale alle Svalbard.
Come periodo noi pensavamo inizio marzo, e abbiamo in mente di trascorrere 5 notti, ma si accettano consigli sul periodo!
Come strutturazione del viaggio abbiamo in mente di affittare I miniappartamenti che la sua agenzia mette a disposizione e poi fare escursioni giornaliere in motoslitta.
A questo proposito volevo chiederle, quali sono le escursioni più belle e caratteristiche che ci permettano di ammirare il paesaggio e magari, con un po’ di fortuna vedere gli orsi.
Avevo contattato l’agenzia anche tramite email ma non ho ricevuto risposta...

Sono appena tornato e abbiamo fatto quello che pensavate di fare: une settimana dal 21 febbraio al 1 marzo, per vedere il sole che arriva un po di piu oggi giorno... '
L'appartamento affiato era ottimo, vicinissimo al centro, lavatrice e asciugatrice incluse.
le gite sono fantastiche, ne abbiamo fatto 5, ricamando templefjord, la costa est, barensburg, Sveagruva.
Poli artici sono molto bravi e simpatici. E una piccola squadra, e sono molto impegnati, cosi riprovate a contattarle...

Ciao, sono indecisa se prenotare l escursione a sarkofagen come hai fatto tu o quella più lunga a Nordenskjpldtoppen. L avevate presa in considerazione? Purtroppo non riesco a trovare i dettagli sul sito e nn rispondono alle mail. Un ragazzino di 10 anni nella escursione a sarkofagen potrebbe avere difficoltà? grazie e buona giornata
