Short distance from Derrynane House to the beach, we went to the one signposted lifeguard beach. This beach is fantastic, vast expanse of sand, rocks and dunes. No toilets but you can walk to the house from there where toilets and a cafe are. Free...More

We stopped here by accident. The beach was beautiful and we walked along to the harbour. It really does feel like where the Irish go on summer holiday. It was beautiful.

This is a really stunning beach anytime of the year. Close by the Caherdaniel National Park and gardens. It is not very big and can get a crowded at times mostly high season.

This is a beautiful and scenic beach. Very clean. Road to beach is quite twisty and narrow and access to car park can be tricky with cars going in and out at the same time.
