On 26th Aug, in the morning I asked receptionist from our hotel in Hersonissos(The village resort and waterpark) to order a taxi for family(me, my wife and 2 children) to airport at evening. The taxi arrived at the exact time, but the car was very old(almost 15-20 years old opel or walkswagen). The driver barely fited the baggages. It smelled very bad(smoke smell), non of the windows worked. The driver was kind. He said that this was not his car. It seems that the taxi service forgot about the order from the morning and just sent the car which was available at that time. And it costed 45 eur, whilst other taxi from airport to the hotel costed 40 eur and the car was almost 3-5 years old Mercedes E class with large baggage space.
It is very unresponsible, I don't recommend order taxi from here for family.

Absolutely professional attitude of our driver Manos. He provided us with useful information about interesting places as well as about private medical center which we needed when our daughter got sick. He is very nice and kind-hearted person. I wish all taxi drivers were like him.

Me and my mother wanted to go to the cave of Zeus. We didn't know that most greek companies are close since we went on the second of May. We asked a My Taxi driver to drive us there, he was a very nice guy but at the end it was extremely disappointing. We drove there through the mountains, it was approximately a 40 minute drive but since I have motion sickness I didnt feel because the driver was going very fast. When we were almost there he told us that the cave was closed, we were very confused. When we arrived we started to ask locals about the cave being closed, they explained that it was closed because it was the start of may. We were extremely disappointed. We just walked around for a bit and eventually we went back into the taxi. (The driver was waiting for us in a bar and we saw him drink some beera). We drove back and I got very sick because he was driving fast and I was tired. He pulled over when my mother said I was sick, he let me outside for a bit and let me sit at the front. When we arrived back at our resort we sti had to pay 110 for a 80 minute drive that only made me sick. My mother explained that she found it very disappointing and he gave us a small discount but we still had to pay 100. We are extremely disappointed and upset.

Easy to find in Hersonissos with good service, of course at the moment everyone must wear masks in taxis and on public transport and all the drivers do wear them and insist their passengers do too, I also so drivers pulling up on the various ranks and immediately spraying their cars cleaning door handles etc.

We were walking around the waterfront and saw the storefront location of My Taxi. We needed transportation to the airport the next day, so we stopped in to inquire about their services. They charge a reasonable flat fee so we made arrangements for the taxi to pick us up at our hotel at noon. The next day the taxi was waiting for us at the lobby right on time. The driver was courteous as well as the initial gentleman who helped us make our arrangements. All in all we were very satisfied and would recommend their services.

From the time we call the taxi, the taxi arrived in our place in about 5-6 minutes. The drivers have excellent knowledge of area so don't ask Google ask My TAXI driver!
