I am visiting Puri in the last week of January. I will like to spend time in the seawater too. Would the climate be very extreme and the water be very cold?

I would like to visit puri during the end of Jan. or 1st Week Feb. 2107 with my family. I would be there for 3-4 days, so what best can I do within this short period. And what places I could visit. Could you please suggest some tour itinerary along with rates inclusive of mid budget hotel with sight- seeing. And afterwards on the return I am thinking of visiting the Sunderbans as well, maybe for two days...So please suggest on this also. Thanking you in advance ...
