We visited during March, did not got much flowers. As within the city ,the area is congested and you will find tall houses adjacent to the park. All these lower down the scenic beauty of the place. May be tourists can see lots of flowers during winter.

Visited this place with a toddler..it's a small place with mini zoo..not a great place..very few animals..black bear, monkeys , owl and ducks.. The park as few flowering plants and a forest mueuem. The park has entry fees and is open till 5 pm only. It's really not worth the time .

This is more of a botanical garden than a park. This is located near laitumkhrah. Cabs are available on hire basis to reach this place.

We were most excited after watching black bear. They have decent collection of birds as it was raining when we went most of the animals were not visible as they had hidden in their sheds. This is a mini zoo and you can not expect much. Good outing for kids

Very small park with children activity. Small zoo is here. If you are in a tight schedule and don't have children in your group, don't come.

This is an old heritage park of the hill town with a beautiful collection of rose varieties and other flowers. It has a small park too which will interest children. One can spend hours of exclusivity inside the park with an added attraction of deer park.

This is supposed to be a park cum zoo. However it is more of a small local park with few birds and a bear with all other enclosures / cages being empty. It is sheer waste of time and not worth the visit with an entry fee and camera fee. Better to avoid.

Lady Hyadri Park is a cute little park to catch the flowers in bloom during a sunny day or to go for a relaxing evening walk.

Visited last week after many years, however the cleanness and pleasant atmosphere of the park cum mini zoo cum small museum impressed kids as well. Few suggestions: 1.Instead of winter flowers, authority should keep on eye to plant all season blooming flowers to keep the park more attractive throughout the year, not just winter. 2. Keep the children play area... More
