Bada Mahadev, Chhota Mahadev (Gupt mahadev) and Chauragarh can be reached by parking vehicle at same place. There is not much to see at Bada Mahadev if you are not a religious person. However, the area around Gupt Mahadev and Bada Mahadev can offer reasonably...More

Been travelling through MP seeing many sights. Was thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with this place. It’s filthy, with a very rude and unpleasant pandit. The hawkers and people visiting have littered the otherwise beautiful natural caves, forests and water with plastic bottles. The only tourist...More

The route towards the temple was breathtaking. Greenery all around and you actually feel the breeze enroute the temple. The two temples Gupt mahadev and bade mahadev are quite nearby. The entrance to the temple is full of monkeys.

Bade Mahadev temple is situated on a hill approximately 11 kilometers from Pachmarhi. You can take a shared gypsy to reach there. Gypsy people charge 50 Rs for one way travel. No ticket is required. Parwati gufa & gupt mahadev is also nearby.
