Nice place

Great place to know the history of jabalpur. But due to lack of promotion of the museum not many people come to visit it. A huge park is also next to it.

Its a fine collection of sculptures and coins from all ages. The sculptures are well maintained. Coins have however blackened with age and its difficult to make out anything. For a history buff or for students of art and design, its a good place to visit. The museum also has many publications and plaster of paris replicas of many sculptures... More

This is a good museum with lots of sculptures, ancient coins for you to see in close distance. All of them are ages, starting from 2 century to 13 centuries. Worth to pay a visit

Rani Durgavati Museum is dedictated to Rani Durgavati, as the name suggests. It is old but well maintained. It has many scuptures and old relics that will be a good experience. Can be explored once.

If you are museum buff or a history buff and if you have seen good museums then you can surely give this a miss, this does not reflect the true history of Jabalpur.
