A natural water fall which has medicinal properties because of natural minerals. It is away from the crowd of Dalhousie and is quite peaceful. You can also enjoy street food around this place.

People say that it gives a nice view from top but there are plenty of such spots in Dalhousie. If you are short of time, just ignore. There is a water source which is claimed to be cure of some diseases. The place is named after Subhash Chandra Bose who is said to be a frequent visitor here.

A nice small place where water coming from the mountains get collected in a small reservoir. You can fill your bottle and taste it. Its really good. Many local people collect water and drink it regularly for diabetes, hypertension etc.
Our great Leader, Subhash Chandra Bose used to drink water from this Baoli for treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and used to walk around this beautiful area daily for six months.

It was a dense forest with pin drop silence. This place can take out all noise from your ears. Too much silence.
The main attraction was on some height, so got to climb some stairs. It is a well constructed place with sitting benchs & covered tin Roof, water is collected direct from mountain with the help of a tin tube. One can use their bottle to collect mountain water to use for the day. It is ice-cold water and will form dew outside water bottle.
This was water storage in small tank which must be full of Natural minerals with crisp & clean taste.
We were told that, it has medicinal values to cure any dreadful disease. Mr. Subash Chandra Bose was an renowned visitor for this place.
Recommended to visit again & again

As per the local story goes, Subhas Chandra Bose recovered from his illness by drinking the water from the local stream. But right now, there is nothing that can be viewed here, specially in the winters. Nothing has been maintained here. Only a small market, with a statue of Subhas Chandra Bose. The scenery is good in the background that can be enjoyed. But a trip through the place in a car or a walk by is enough.

A very beautiful place if you love nature...
There are few treks, walks to waterfalls , mandirs which will give you excellent views of the valley...daikund peak, khajjiar, kalatope are best bets...its a place to relax...i would sugesst hotels near post office, costly but have the best views...
