I will suggest to do bookings on your own. i did so. you can go through my reviews about my stay at andaman. 2 days (1 to and 1 fro) surely goes in portblair stay as flight and ferry timings does not match and you will have to catch next day ferry. there are few flights which may match but on risky time margin. makruzz can be taken for Havelock-neil island travel but beware that if whether is not good, all types of ferries stop functioning. also makruzz may be fastest but in my to and fro journey they started 1.5 hrs late from their timings. so there is surity of just less sea travel time and not total time (boarding and departure part). havelock is sufficient for 2 days, you can visit whole havelock within 2 lts of fuel in activa (vehicle-on-rent vendor himself kept saying it and asked us not to fill more than that). keep one day for sightseeing (in havelock map, all east side beaches are sunrise points and west sunset points) and one day for water sports like scuba, boat safari and all but make reservations of them in advanced as slots get filled. when i visited, all water activities were suddenly shut down by local administration for some reason. i spent 5 days on havelock and even the local people used to get surprised of what will i do for 5 days on havelock. you can keep 1 day for neil island but again this ferry boarding and travel really eats a lot on timings. reservations on your own will give you better hotels, rooms and deals. transportation is not a issue as you can negotiate with taxi people at airport and exchange numbers or hotels may help here. there are some places in port blair too like cellular jail, rajiv gandhi water sports..chidiataapu also i guess.
