I visited ecovilla in March 2018 and did scuba diving with their in-house dive centre. I am familiar with Havelock island as I have lived and dived there for quite some time. This is a dive centre which cares for the environment from which it earns. The underwater is not like they show in pictures online. Rather all shallow dive site reefs are dead. Ecodiver and it's team is putting every effort to grow the reef back and make the reef beautiful and teeming with life again. The other beginner dive sites only have Nemo dishes and sea anemone corals. But here you find a lot of variety. Only people who care for the environment can understand what ecodiver is doing. Kudos to the team to help protect the corals.

No matter where ever you stay, this is first place you will be taken for diving at Havelock Islands. So if you stay at Eco Diver, you have your own dive /snorkel spot at your disposal. Extremely friendly staff, leaf-hut of regular type accommodation available with homely like food.
I used to start my day at 5.30am snorkelling and free diving and had best time of my life... exploring water depends on tides, and this is the best place you should be... just check the ocean level and just dive... there is no place like this...strongly recommend 👍👍
Please note , this is not an advance dive site..it's best for family and not so Pro divers...But if you want to practice free diving at your convenience...you must stay here..

My children enjoyed their under water experience so up close with sea life all thanks to the amazing diving instructor Jerin Daniel who taught them the right technique and use of the equipment and also ensuTe ed their safety. Their instructor never let them quit in fear even though they wanted to... He just encouraged them and got them to a comfort level... Thanks to JD my kids will always have that memory to enjoy for ever😁

We did scuba diving fun course in the morning 6AM, expecting to experience rich sea beauty of Andamans. But the so called Professional divers of EcoDiver, took us to the enclosed artificial habitat which had one old motorbike and some 15-20 dead corals (whom the owners says they are planting). they kept us waiting for photography for 20 min and then divers brought us upwards without giving any glimpse of sea beauty. I would not recommend this to any tourist. The owner with french beard guy talks as if, how great course he is running but in actuality he is just looting the innocent tourists.

It was an awesome experience❤️ i was having two options either i decide to stay in the shallow end of the pool or i go out in the ocean... Soo i choose the 2nd one. Initially i was scared but i did it anyway. Now i am having an experience worth remembering ❤️ all thank to eco diver for giving me such an amazing experience ✨

It was an amazing experience!!! Me being a non swimmer and scared of water... I was always apprehensive.. but thanks to the expert guidance and cooperation of the professional divers... it was so easy and I simply loved it.. we had children with us and they also enjoyed it thoroughly...I would strongly recommend it!!!!

our dive was at 9 in the morning. First of all the location is very nice and the staffs are welcoming..The Instructor Mr. Jerin did a great job by motivating and training us.You can also get a discount for diving if you stay at their resort.I recommend this resort to everyone.

Me and my wife visited Eco diver on May. The dive was at their private reef which is beautiful, and the Instructor Jerin was very friendly and professional.

For an beginner I was quite scared of the endless water and breathing from the mouth doesn't come automatically. However, after talking Mr. Subhash there was a certain kind of trust that we inspired that it can be done. He was straight forward with the pricing and the service offerings and we realised other vendors wasn't so much like that. We went ahead with a lot of fear the mind but once you are used to the breathing, you end up wanting for more.
I was taken by a person in Mr. subhash's team who was so patient, kind and supportive. He is a born divers. he took me out of 9 mtrs deep water gradually and I was as normal as I went under.
When the dive was over, I could not stop thinking about the experience I had and the world I saw underneath is inexplicable. A must must do activity!!!!! go with Eco divers and you wont regret!
