Beautiful walk along the rim of the gorge that includes views of the creek, water falls, and rock cliffs. The falls are beautiful if you can get a good view of them with all the trees. We enjoyed our walk from the parking lot across the bridge at the upper falls along the rim to the cemetery and back. Some really old grave stones in the cemetery dating back to the 1800’s.

Wow, just wow. I want to go back when the spring rains come. I love waterfall hunting. So my wife and I were this on a map and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. We just sat and enjoyed the beauty of watching the water go by and cascade down the stream. We will be back.

First of all,let me clarify review from tuttlesj. My mother has been in a wheelchair fro the last ten years after being hit head on by a drunk driver, so I am always conscious of accessibility at places I visit and realize that varies by site and type and degree of disability. I have struggled to push the chair on trails in state and national parks that are designated accessible and taken the chair on trails where that is not encouraged without any trouble (Clingman's Dome, Smoky Mts). Having said that, let me say the south rim of the gorge has steps and bridges and IS NOT stroller or wheelchair accessible. Instead, park by the post office. There are two overlooks and a picnic shelter on the north side which are accessible. The paths are dirt but with no barriers. The picnic shelter is on a flat concrete pad and the second observation deck has a wooden ramp with rails so if you have family or friends with impaired mobility do not hesitate to go here and have good time as long as you stay on the north. Lots of shopping, dining and other attractions nearby.

Depending on the time of the year of your visit, a nice waterfall and charming creek are the main attractions. However, landscape, wild life and proximity to Dublin’s city center are also reasons to spend 30-45min walking through the Park.

I was meeting my daughter in Dublin. While my wife and I waited we went for a walk in this park. It was a nice surprise. There was a flowing creek, bridges, and a nice view. One the better hidden city parks around.

What a hidden gem! We were walking in Dublin, waiting to meet up with some feiends, when we ran across the renovated yet still old cemetary. It was an amazing feeling walking around and looking at the beautiful old stones, most of which were children. There is so much history in one little square of the city that is beautiful and untouched! The Falls themselves were simply beautiful. The paths are all nice, clean and well marked. Several areas where you can stop and overlook the river/falls area. We walked up the river (it was dry), taking in all the beauty. There were several buckeye trees that had dropped nuts, which was a cool little souveneir! Its a very pretty, serene place to walk or just relax and be one with nature. It'd be a perfect spot for senior pictures or a photo shoot!

Beautiful in the summer when the water is flowing. The sound of the water is soothing. This place is hidden and difficult to find but well worth it.

I visited this park after a heavy rain in the fall and was rewarded with powerful falls and a beautiful hike through fallen colored leaves. Just the type of outdoor adventure that I love! The trail was wide enough for two people. The trail on the west side is rather short, but the trail on the east side was longer. Parts of the trail requires navigating steps with handrails. Several observation decks were in place. This park was easy to find; the parking lot was well-labelled. A log cabin sits at the entrance. My only regret is that the hike was not longer; it was probably just about 1/2 - 3/4 mile round trip.

Very enjoyable walk. Scenic area. Low water due to drought so will return in more wet time. Enough of a walk to enjoy but not too challenging.

Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area. There are multiple cascades here, including one impressive 15-20 foot waterfall. In order to get a good view of this particular waterfall, it may be necessary to descend a dangerous rocky slope — Definitely not possible for all people to do. It’s worth seeing though. My only regret with this area is that the land developers decided that a couple acres was enough land for a park in which one of central Ohio’s only waterfalls resides. That’s not enough land. It shouldn’t be necessary to descend a treacherous rocky slope to see the falls. This area should be a state park with, say, a half mile buffer around the waterfall in every direction. That way, at least people could get a decent hike out of the visit. And walking down a trail alongside the river instead of down a rocky slope would make the experience safer.

is there picnic area and places to sit along the path to the falls?
Written July 25, 2017
I don't remember any. If there are they're few and far between. But there's plenty of places to sit on large rocks and enjoy the view. Hope that helps.

The trail is for walkers only, narrow with some wood stairs.
