My wife and I stopped in looking for some information and were assisted in a very friendly manner. I can't remember the womans name but she could not have been more helpful. Plenty of brochures were available as well. She pointed out local spots of interest that we did end up visiting and some good and some not so good but well worth the stop.

The Delaware CVB is conveniently located on Sandusky Street, literally right across from Ohio Wesleyan University. On street parking is free and the facility is accessible. Those are the good points. The negatives are that the space is really quite small and there are no public restrooms. We started walking back towards the offices to look for one, and you would think we were trying to rob a bank or something due to the reaction from the lady at the desk. The previous entry in the guestbook was a week old. I know the holidays are over but for a place that promotes the local area to stimulate the local economy, it seems they are either not getting much traffic or people just don't want to sign the register. I did appreciate the fact they had information on towns and regions throughout the entire state just like a rest area. However, it would have been helpful when my son and I were talking about the cheese place just up the block (Gouda) if the attendant (who could plainly hear us) had told us it was closed on Mondays.

Great number of tourist brochures available here. Lady was VERY helpful and kind. You can also get local maps etc if new to the area.
