The short of it – Best Antique Mall in the country.
The longer of it - I love Antique malls and didn’t realize there was one in Columbus! However when I saw the area it is in I was a little hesitant and when I pulled up it looked pretty small on the outside. However once you step inside it is as if you have gone through the cabinet to Narnia. This place is HUGE and so clean! There isn’t a mold or dust smell and they have giant dehumidifier all over the store. I spent two hours here and made it through half the space. There are a lot of vendor and stalls and they have everything. Some more modern, some 50s and some very old stuff. One stall had tons of old photos and letters dated 1918. There are a lot of venders that have old tools, hardware stuff, and jewelry. If you can think of it it’s here. I saw another review about the case with the Nazi stuff. I saw that yesterday too and it provoked a good discussion with the people I was with. What happened to the Jewish people in World War 2 is beyond tragic, there aren’t words. But it is our history and this is an antique store. I think to assume the owners are Nazi sympathizers is ridiculous.
Speaking of the owners I met Karen yesterday who told me they’ve had the store here for 15 years! Which makes the lack of smell and how clean the store is even more impressive. There was also a younger gentleman named Okeo who was excited to help and when he was checking me out didn’t make me feel rushed, even though there was a long line, and was careful when wrapping the items I picked out. They also have little cubbies to keep items in with clothes pins with matching numbers to the cubby so you don’t have to carry items or have a cart.

Best shopping trip ever! Found the perfect king bedroom suite and a gorgeous mink scarf! All while entertaining family from out of town. Never a disappointment. Friendly staff, very clean and organized.

The Heritage Square Antique Mall is a great place for antiques. My husband and I love to walk around in here and look at all of the great items. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful. The glass cases in the from hold tons of treasures so make sure to look well!

When you first enter the building there are several rows of cases that are well lit. Unfortunately, lighting in the rest of the place is so poor that it's very tough to see a lot of the stuff in the booths. About a third into our visit I actually walked back to the front to ask if they could turn up the lights....I was told no, they don't go any brighter. These are the exact same lights that hardware stores like Lowe's and Home Depot use, so I don't buy it. I did find three things to buy, but I think I would have found a lot more had the place been properly lit. Some of the sellers realize that lighting is a problem, so they use their own lights so buyers can see what it is they're selling.

A lot of the booths are in complete shambles, while others are organized and well presented. Unfortunately a lot of what many of the vendors are selling is more flea market-type stuff, not really antiques and/or collectibles. That said, the place is huge, so odds are you might find something (if you can see it, that is).

The people were friendly, so no problem there, and the restrooms were very clean.

They don't anyone walking around to take things you find to the front for you, so you have to walk all the way back to the front, drop it off, and then go back to where you left off....it's annoying (if they did have someone we didn't see them, and the place was fairly empty so we would have noticed them).

We've been going to antique malls for over 30 years, and have concluded that, for the most part, this one is a little below average. If they would turn up the lights to where you didn't need a flashlight or night vision goggles to see things, and get rid of the flea market stuff, it would be much better.

So this is what an indoor flea market looks like. 90% of the stuff was no older than my cat. No single booth was completely antiques or collectibles. Items were placed in locked glass cases that were neither small nor valuable. Since when do people shop antique malls with shopping carts? Seriously, a flashlight or two is required. We wanted desperately to liberate a treasure small enough to fit in the car. But no luck.

I had researched this location before our trip to columbus. After checking into our hotel we headed out with the address of the antique mall in our gps. The place is not signed very well and it doesn't look like much from the outside. Once we stepped in and started to browse, we were not dissappointed. It's a very nice, very well kept antique mall. Staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean. They have vending machines for drinks, and some snacks are available as well. If you like to browse and take your time there is alot to see. They even have little shopping carts for customers to use. Prices for alot of the stuff (including furniture items) was quite reasonable. We found a few things of interest and they wrapped our items with care and thanked us for coming in.

We thought about giving up on the place when we couldn't find it but glad we didn't. I still think they would benefit with better signage and a visible address and entrance.

I love this place. I almost always find something great here. As with any antique mall, the dealers set the prices so you'll have reasonably priced items and also some overpriced. Great variety of dealers and merchandise. Always spend at least a couple hours browsing. Courteous staff always easy to find and ready to help if you need them to open a showcase. Clean, including restrooms, and vending machines for those (like me) who sometimes need to stop for a snack before continuing with shopping. Ample parking and near the freeway. Always a pleasant trip.

This place had lots of variety. The prices were good and some items were well below the average prices elsewhere. The only reason they got a 4 was because of the lighting, it was very dark in some places. Other than that plan on exploring and finding many treasures.

This is the biggest antique mall that I've ever been to. All the things are nicely displayed and arranged. Besides antique items, they also sell home decor and gifts. I found a cool antique stereoviewer which looks the same as the one displayed at the Kelton Museum. So, I quickly bought it. I also bought a miniature iron& brass stove which was meant to be a salesman's sample in the 1930's. It was indeed an interesting shopping experience for me.

I was stunned by the cleanliness, the well-lit aisles, the organization of goods, and after two hours I had a few treasures to take home! This is a great activity for girls' weekend, and I will definitely return. Go early, though, to secure a shopping cart; they need lots more.
