This area isn't worth driving across town for, but if you happen to be driving by, it's worth spending a few minutes driving through the neighborhood. It's fantastic that this entire area has been preserved, I just wouldn't say I saw any homes that are spectacular examples of Victorian architecture.

Liked the Victorian Village with there lovely houses and Goodale Park made for a enjoyable walk. There was a Swing Band playing in the park and the lake.

These beautiful mansions of the past have been preserved, and make a wonderful area to tour when in Columbus, Ohio.

Victorian Villiage is located near downtown Columbus, Ohio. He has some very neat old style homes. The area for the most part gives you the old town feeling.

Beautiful Victorian painted ladies that were run down & have been renovated. The gentrification is pretty much complete now; the area is filled with beautifully revived houses in the multicolor paint jobs of the 19th century. There are a few houses, here and there, that are the pioneers... might have been renovated in the late 1970s/1980s when the area was... More

We love Victorian Village. There are beautiful homes on Neil Ave and surrounding streets. Many of the streets are bricked. Should you visit the area, don't forget to walk down the alleys behind these homes. There are smaller homes and carriage houses from that era. The only downside is the local planning/building department did not protect the style the area.... More

Victorian Village had run down and looked horrible at one time. Thanks to many local LGBT people, they seemed to start this cause to restore most of these homes and remodeled them with such detail and care that, they are probably more beautiful now than their original look. Now, it's not all Lgbt people there, others had come and loved... More

If you're nearby, it's worth a few minutes of your time to browse some of this area. When they say, "They don't make 'em like they used to," houses like this are definitely in that category. Many are in as good of condition as the day they were built. Get ready to have a sore jaw from gaping at these... More

Victorian Village is full of old houses. It's cool to see the architecture. The area is much better kept than the houses closer to The OSU. But that's all it is.. cute houses (and bad sidewalks).
