The Shott is a great place to view an event. Accessibility is good for disabled also. There is enough restrooms and concession stands for large crowds

I have been to many shows here! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean. With any place food is usually kinda expensive, but that comes with any place like this. Parking varies per show. I have paid $10 before like winter jam and I've also not had to pay! Overall great seats anywhere in the... More

Visited for Winter Jam. Had to wait outside for hours, but we knew of that before arriving. Once inside, the staff from start to finish were friendly & helpful. The best. The sound system was not great especially at first, but that might be something the bands need to deal with. Seating is great, whether it be floor seating or... More

This was my first time at this venue and I would go back again. The layout was very nice and I thought the concessions and bathrooms were correctly placed. Leg room lacks in some of the seats and the seat widths were smaller than some of the other arenas that I have attended.

This review is based solely on a recent concert attended at the facility. First complaint-no separate entrance for handicapped persons. An older person in a wheelchair had to wait in a rather long line outside before the doors were opened. Which leads to the second issue-once the doors opened 90 minutes before the show, they wouldn't allow you to go... More

A bit difficult to access from the interstate, parking and traffic before and after the Springsteen show was surprisingly easy. Nice, modern facility, very clean though I've heard better acoustics.

Value City Arena is a great place to host the OHSAA Basketball State Championships. It gives high school kids the chance to play on an elite college basketball team's court! I defiantly recommend attending Value City Arena to support THE Ohio State Buckeyes or your hometown high school team for the State Championship!

The Value City Arena is one of the best college venues period! Most cities don't have one nice arena but Columbus is blessed with two - Value City Arena is my favorite of the two. It might be because the Buckeyes play there or when Bruce Springsteen comes to town he plays there. Regardless of what the activity you can't... More

Loved my experience watching the jackets play here. Very nice location to catch a game and not a bad seat in the house...

My group drove about 2 hours to see Cirque here. We were very impressed with the free parking! The venue was easy to navigate, never felt crowded. The staff was very polite and helpful.
