Columbus Scavenger Hunt Adventure

1 review
Turn Columbus into a giant game board with this fun scavenger hunt adventure! This challenge combines the excitement of the Amazing Race with a 2-3 hour city walking adventure. Guided from any smart phone, teams make their way among well known and overlooked gems of the city, solving clues and completing challenges while learning local history. Your adventure will begin at one of the city's historic churches and takes you through the expansive Capitol grounds and war memorials. Your Quest route will make its way to historic theaters, famous hotels and other locations with incredible outdoor art to show you the hidden gems of this city. The tour requires approximately 2.0 miles of walking. Using a smartphone as “the guide” allows participants to start when they want and determine their own pace of play. <br>Note: Pricing is per individual, but teams must book together in order to be included in the same adventure.

Something for everyone. Boardwalk through a marsh, fire tower, obstacle course, bouldering and great views of downtown. We also saw one of our Bald Eagles flying overhead and often see Blue Herons and Egrets on the river.

The Grange Center has many activities for all segments of the community. My grandkids love it. They have many meetings and activities for the community and is well used.

I took a guided bird walk at Grange Insurance Audubon Center and saw many beautiful birds. I was loaned a free pair of binoculars for the walk as well as a small birding guide to Ohio birds. We saw a great blue heron, great egret, turkey vultures, several types of swallows, a song sparrow, prothonotary warbler, as well as red winged blackbirds, yellow finches and others. It was a wonderful way to spend Saturday morning. I highly recommend this lovely place.

We visited on during the week and were delighted by the views of downtown Columbus. Several rooms were dedicated for school children with many activities. Great spot!

Large variety of interesting birds. I was with a tour group of seniors but the speakers chose not to turn on the microphones.
