This was my first trip to Columbus and I just kept finding myself in Short North. The area has it all!! Just park the car and walk the streets. You will find wonderful food, cocktails, entertainment and shopping around every corner. Even backs onto a beautiful park. The place has it all and is very walkable.

Visited the Short North with a friend from out of town. Still a fantastic place to shop and eat. I would recommend the CBUS, a free bus that is a part of COTA, as a way to get around.

Love the Short North Arts district...great options for dining and shopping. Gallery Hop is my favorite weekend event...new exhibitions in galleries, stores are open later, great street vendors and entertainment.

The Short North offers the best aspects of a hipster arts district. There are a plethora of local art galleries, curiosity shops, and dining options. I am especially fond of the many cafes, bars, and restaurants. They're great for unique food options, as well as people-watching. The parking can be a pain, but there are a number of new parking... A nice area of eclectic shops, galleries and eateries. Safe and family friendly (at least during the daytime and not Fri/Sat nites when the college crowd can be rowdy). A surprising mix of local artists and fun shops

Very nice and comfortable area. Lots of people, but it never felt crowded. Charming galleries, great restaurants, definitely worth a visit. Also a great place to stay and venture out from.

Lots happening, fun to park and just walk. Vibrant scene. Options for every taste. C-bus is nice way to get there as well.

Walking around always provides entertainment. People watching is a natural activity and you see so much. Lucky you if you find a window seat at one of the many amazing restaurants or bars - bonus! And, the unique shops to browse in never disappoint.

There is so much to see and do in the short north. They have taken many old buildings and revamped them into beautiful lost treasures

Cute strip with a bunch of restaurants and little stores. Walked up and down the strip with my dog and entered some stores without a problem. I also visited Goodale park that's right across the street afterwards, which was pleasant.
