It has been a challenge as a traveler to find a good market downtown but this doesn’t really merit such high ratings. I was expecting some fantastic architectural market and found it is really just a round food court. Beer selection is very limited (didn’t check out the wine) and market has some nice fruit at a high price. If you are passing by great but don’t bother to drive there special and park like I did … so not worth it.

This restored building in downtown Cleveland near Playhouse Square is a must-see stop! Great for grabbing a quick lunch too! Take out or dine in, in this stunning rotunda! Very special! Great wine shopping / tasting as well. Well informed staff. Grocery store attached next door as well. We experienced ALL that Heinen's had to offer! Go!

Wow! The architectural type and history of this building should not be missed, but neither should the experience of shopping in this upscale grocery store. It may seem small at a glance, but nice selection of everything is inside. I visited twice while in the area over the period of a weekend.

It’s ok. Their bakery section sucks. The deli is fine. There are just a few cashiers available. The security guard kept following me, which made me feel very uncomfortable, so I just grabbed a few things I needed and left. It's worth going to look at the glass duomo, only.

I this is another visual experience. The architecture is gorgeous. The building was the former Cleveland Trust Company. Upon entering I wasn’t impressed then ventured further to the center food court area …Look up & see the gorgeous Rotunda and 2nd & 3rd levels ! There are self-serve wine tasting dispensers to have a tasting or a 3oz or glass of wine. Must prepay for a tasting card then insert it & make your choice. A vast selection of wines along the 3rd level . 1st level Had the groceries and center court had I ice cream and other edible choices .

We visited this grocery store to get snacks. We had heard that it was very beautiful and it was. There’s a giant dome. It’s an old bank. We went up to the second floor balcony where we overlooks the ground floor. We have an area where you can choose your own wine-2, 3 or 5oz. lots of great choices. You pre-load a card and then insert your card into the machine and serve yourself the wine. There’s also an area to sample eight different beers. That is served by a bartender. There was lots of nice seating with windows, overlooking the street scape, and also a balcony overlooking the rest of the store. It was really fun. My daughter ordered vanilla bean ice cream which was delicious. She bought apple cider and they brought her a glass to drink it out of. It was my favourite stop on our trip as it was so unexpected and also fun. Definitely a cooler place to go than a bar. There were several couples and groups who had stopped in there before the Blue Jays game – all Blue Jays fans. This grocery store is a great place to visit.

It's a gourmet grocery store in an old (historic) bank building. The rotunda is beautiful. The lay-out is unusual for a supermarket, since it was a bank, after all. Prices are higher than at a typical supermarket in Cleveland. There are no other full-service grocery stores downtown, so it's a blessing to downtown residents. Clean, well-stocked, and friendly.

We found this delightful store and were happy we did. This building is stunning.

We went upstairs which is really cool. The architecture, paintings, dome glass ceiling,
All of it was worth seeing. They have wine tasting and readymade offerings to have while enjoying this great place.

This is the most unique grocery store.

Entered and it looked like a typical grocery store... thinking to myself What's the big deal. This is located in an old Trust Company Building... we went to the Food court and that is where it is Spectacular. Look up at the ceiling - just gorgeous - the 3 levels of this store have interesting architecture. 2nd Level has wine tasting dispensers where you can have a mere tasting, small portion or a regular glassful. Prices are according to the quality of the wine. The grocery store is organized very well

Oh, what fun.

I am a country mouse who loves to visit the big city.

We were staying at the Metropolitan 9 next door and decided to visit the grocery.

Sushi, beautiful cheeses, gift trays, wines and gorgeous produce.

The routunda is also stunning....the whole thing is just a visual paradise. You gotta' swing by and check out this place.

It's bigger than you think!
