If you're in the Cleveland area looking for a salon, this is the salon to visit. I was in downtown Cleveland for business, having never been, I picked the salon based on proximity to my hotel. I went in for a mani/pedi with Sheena, and came out a couple hours later so happy I did. Sheena is a hard worker, taking great care and time to make the experience a great one. The salon is located in Tower City Mall, which was attached to the hotel, and the Horseshoe Casino. If you're in Cleveland in the winter and you'll be in town for a day or two, this is the area where I'd recommend you stay. The salon is pretty unassuming from the outside. They offer a full menu of services, including O.P.I. nail polish. For a mani/pedi, ask for Sheena!!
