We took 80 or so elementary school children for a field trip. It was extremely well organized and beautifully presented. Our scholars don't get too far beyond their own neighborhood very often and this trip was a great experience for them. The naturalists (especially Foster Brown) were very engaging and did well with our second-graders.

Part of Cleveland's Emerald Necklace, a very beautiful park with lots of places to picnic, hike, play ball, or just sit and view nature. A real gem.

I live within a short drive of this park and keep discovering new areas and attractions. Most locals know about Squire's Castle and the Nature Center, but if you are a hiker, make sure that you explore *all* of the park and its many trails. Yesterday I was hiking with a local MeetUp group and we explored a new trail... More

Took my 4-yr-old granddaughter last Saturday. She enjoyed the opportunity to splash in rain puddles, see and learn about birds and animals that are local to the area, and play in the kid-friendly areas. She met and played with other kids and took pictures to show granddaddy. She thoroughly enjoyed her day at the nature center and education center, and... More

My husband and I hike here regularly, with a group of friends. The trails are extensive, and offer a variety of surfaces, hills or no hills. This is a family-friendly park, and you will frequently find picnickers, boy or girl scout camping events, people playing frisbee with their dogs, and guys waxing their cars. This is where lots of people... More

We love to frequent this park for its long and winding hiking trails, scenic views, and clean atmosphere. Squire's Castle is a big draw for many, but there are also some hidden gems if you're willing to looking a bit further. North Chagrin Reservation also has a 3 mile section of the Buckeye Trail, so those looking for a VERY... More

We absolutely love this park. It's easy to find and tucked away just enough. The Oak Shelter is perfect for our group. The shelter and the park are always clean. We no longer find the need to use table cloths because all of the recent renovations. The laboratory is in a stand-alone building rather than porta potties. This is a... More
