You can (and will) spend money here. Fresh fish, sausage, homemade jerky, falafel, pizza bagels, macaroons, you name it. It's all here, under one (well, two) roof. Produce was simply gorgeous and delicious. This place is well worth your time if you're not from or near Cleveland.

I come here as a local shopping for groceries or a quick lunch bite to eat. With lots of bakery and meat vendors in the main square with two additional long wings for produce and vegetables there is a lot to choose from. Seating can be hard to come by on the weekends, especially around the lunch hour; get there... More

This is a cute place with a wide variety of foods. If we lived in Cleveland, we would go to the Market to shop. It is very busy so plan to stand in line at some shops.

Went here today with family for our first time. It is a lot of fun and we enjoyed finding our favorite speciality foods. From Gulf of Mexico shrimp to cheeses from Europe and everything in between. They have every kind of meat that you are looking for as well as breads and sweets. Bring your own grocery bags and a... More

Good food! Very experiential and a great way to spend several hours. My recommendation is going early to beat the crowds.

Visited on a Wednesday afternoon just on a whim. Got tons of fresh fruit and vegetables but it was sad to see the inside and what closed down. Hopefully there will be new places going in to revitalize it.

A great old market in Cleveland. I had a nice long walk over to the market on a cool morning for breakfast, which was useful since I think it would be difficult to get out of there without consuming at least 1000 calories. I think the apple fritters and wurst are the things to try.

This is probably my second or third (?) review of the west side market. I love it! Ir's fun, it's always different and the array of foods makes wondering and wandering about fun! Wide choice of fish makes it worth the trip -- where else is skate available all the time? Or goat? Breads and pastries and pasties are aplenty.... More

Wish I could shop here all the time! Fresh meats, cheeses, baked goods, and a huge selection of produce, even in the winter. Not a lot of options to eat in the market (we only saw a couple of little sandwich and hot dog stands), but lots of choices to take home.
