We had a great time on the Funny Bus. Laughed a lot and enjoyed ourselves. They stopped at a brewery halfway through the tour. The comedian got people on the streets to join in on the fun. You can bring your own beverages onboard but the bus does load in front of a bar and there is a stop halfway through. You don't have to drink to enjoy the funny bus. It's just a 90 minute great interactive tour of the city and a whole lot of fun.

Julia was great! The tour was so much fun! And informational! It really made an impact on me to see how Clevelanders responded to the funny antics Julia did and the responses they had to our crazy bus. Very heart warming. I highly recommend taking this tour.

We met up with friends that were originally from Cleveland to get this unique tour of their former city, and it did NOT disappoint. Our comedian was funny from start to finish. Her prepared jokes were fantastic, but her banter with all of us on the bus and people on the street was "flat" out hilarious!!! We brought drinks on the bus, met some great people, stopped at a couple brewery's along the way, and experienced the grit and charm of downtown Cleveland. Whether you are from there or a brand new visitor, we highly recommend this tour! Leave the kids at home and get ready to laugh!

My husband and I had the good fortune of attending the Funny Bus Cleveland on one of it’s first excursions. SO FUN! And I’m not just saying that because we’ve all been living like hamsters -caged up due to the pandemic. It was a really nice and relaxing social outing!
Our comedian and tour guide-John -was fantastic. He Kept things moving with jokes us Clevelanders can totally relate to and very interesting history. At the halfway point we made a stop to use the facilities and I really couldn’t wait to get back on and finish the tour!
If you are looking for something to do that’s entertaining, historical and just plain fun the Funny Bus is for you! You won’t be disappointed!

The intent and the execution of this experience were excellent. Our comedienne, Julia, was very funny, highly interactive, and informative to just the right extent so that we did not feel we were taking a class for credit. Our driver, Jim, is just a heckuva nice guy. Together, they make a great team.
My only complaint is that there was a group of people on the bus who mistakenly thought that we paid to hear their mostly weak attempts to entertain and amuse. I get that crowd interaction is expected and often encouraged at comedy clubs. This group just didn't know when to quit. Julia was incredibly patient - perhaps too much so.
Would I recommend this experience to friends? Surely I would. And if you decide to go, please follow the lead of the Funny Bus professionals.

I had the best time on The Funny Bus! My friend and I both loved the tour, & the comedian, Brian, was great. The weather was perfect, so a lot of people were out in the city to interact with the music queues from the bus. Everyone loved it. The pickup & drop off point is The Flats, so I had dinner beforehand & continued my night on there after. It was a perfect day!

The bus was roomy enough.
The comedian was not funny and did not handle a mild heckler well at all.
The comedian mentioned that the Cleveland history script was written for them. Many of us knew more of the history and we were educating other passengers since the comedian was not or did not have the information.
A friend became ill the morning of the tour and had 2 tickets purchased. The company would only give them one voucher for another tour time even though the company’s policy states that if you are not feeling well to not board the bus. Quite confusing and a rip off.

We boarded the bus at the 1PM start time & the fun started immediately. We took along some adult beverages to enjoy during the ride. After living in Cleveland my whole life I saw a different and fun perspective of the city. We stopped mid-way for a bar/bathroom break along the river. It was an awesome location to take photos and refuel our beverages. The Dj/Host played relevant music all along the way. It would be difficult not to be happy during this multi-hour ride. The staff was funny, friendly & helpful. They made sure to assist with removing empty bottles & cans after the trip was over. This was a very worthwhile adventure. For less than $60 per couple it was money well spent for the level of entertainment. Highly recommended for locals & visitors of Cleveland. Bring along your small cooler with beverages, sit back & relax for a few hours of fun and inexpensive entertainment.!!!

The Funny Bus was great! Our host/comedian was very funny and made it a fun trip! He played some great music also! It was fun to see the holiday lights around town. The only negative I would have is where we have to get the bus. Parking cost us $10.00 each. I would think they could have a different place to pick up the bus where the parking price isn't so high or is free.

The bus, the driver and the host were all outstanding, fun! Best time we have ever had on a trip like this. Plus a great value. Probably a bit mature for children.
Julia got everyone involved, gave a few new nicknames and hilariously shared a ton of Cleveland history. Stop for a drink was awesome. Folks became friends and the next day even ran into our driver while shopping and he greeted us like we were old friends! What a memorable experience all around. Go as a prisoner and you'll go home as an advocate like I did.
