I always look for unique places to visit while on vacation and I came across Sweetie's candy store. It looked huge inside and my husband is a candy aholic at 50 years old LOL so we decided to stop as they are open every day. It's like a huge warehouse with candy from floor to ceiling anything from small boxes at 59 cents to regular size candy bars to bags of candy for $24.00 a bag. They have stuff from when we were kids, piñatas, popcorn, soda pop, pez dispensers etc etc. Then they had a section of scoops where you could scoop bulk candy into a bag as much as you like ( then put scoop in bucket as each one was wrapped individually for Covid reasons). And a section of salt water taffy and a huge section of jelly belly candies. The place was huge inside a fun stop. They even had a soda shop attached for desserts and a mini golf course outside. A fun day for families with kids for sure. A must stop at if you are a candy lover. Was very cool seeing all the old and new candies

We enjoy these two fun courses, with brilliant purple turf and candy-themed décor. Both courses are challenging, although one is identified as “easy”. Course is fairly shaded, for hot days. Terrain can be steep. Staff is polite. Allow time to go through the gigantic candy store.

They have everything! There was Big League Chew, cow tails, anything gummy, huge soda selection! We were heading back from Cleveland and decided to detour. We had our dog along so we couldn’t check out the mini golf or soda shop, but the sheer selection of candy was worth it. Even with COVID restrictions it was a great experience. Following the one way arrows actually leads you through the store so you see it all.

This is the largest and most amazing candy store ever. If you want a candy, chances are very good that they have it along with lots of candy you didn’t know existed. For example, today I found Easter peeps in birthday cake and cotton candy flavors. Amazing! I always find my favorite hard to find favorites here. There is also an ice cream parlor and in summer, an outdoor candy play area.
