With a mix of history, universities, libraries, museums, and parks, we didn't have enough time to explore the area during our 3 day stay. Local public transportation is easy and some of it is free. We've never visited Cleveland before and found this area very enjoyable.

So many places to visit. Stroll or drive thru Rockefeller Park. Visit museums and then stop in Little Italy for dinner.

We drove around here for awhile. It's nice for sight-seeing. There are many museums and other attractions around here with a big open grassy area to stretch your legs or have a picnic.

In a relatively small area of around 2 square miles you can find top hospitals, renowned university, museums, restaurants, gourmet grocery, bowling, hotels, and some things I might not remember. The little italy metro station is nearby, as well as the health bus circuit that goes downtown and to hospitals like the Cleveland Clinic and University hospitals. You feel safe... More

We caught the trolley not knowing where we wanted to go to get food late in the evening. Not only was the driver helpful, he did a full loop to drop us on a street that was loaded with restaurant options.

Here you can visit several museums (Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Cleveland Museum of Art, Crawford Auto and Aviation Museum, etc.) and the Botanic Garden. Good eating options also!

Wow! Cleveland is a lot more than we ever imagined, and this is a key reason. You almost feel like you're in Paris when you walk through this park-laden area. The Art Museum welcomes you with a Rodin and draws you into its incredible elegance.for FREE. The Natural History museum is equally compelling although we did not go in. The... More
