About
Sage's Apples is a 6th generation apple orchard and farm market. We grow over 50 different varieties of apples and our goal is to grow the best tasting, and highest quality locally grown produce. Our farm market is open year-round, and we also stock some great local goodies. Maple products, jams, honey, cheeses, milk, and popcorn of all kinds are just some of our favorites. We also have fresh cider all year, delicious baked goods, and apple butter that we make from our own apples. Stop by and get a pint of cider, apples, and pick up some great local products for yourself or family and friends! We love seeing new faces in market.

Great farmer's market
Oct 2019 • Couples
Family owned market. They feature fruits and vegetables freshly picked. There are jams and jellies for sale. The apples are awesome. So is the fresh corn on the cob. Slightly pricey. Give it a try.

Pumpkin and apple time again
Oct 2019
Another fall trip to Sage's. We used to take our children to select their pumpkins for carving every year. Purchased cider, apples, pumpkins, gords and other fall items. Place has fresh corn and other fresh local produce. We also enjoy the apple butter and large selection of apples.

Not just Apples
Jun 2019 • Couples
Make a trip or stop to Sages if you can. They are open year round and the offerings change each season. The apples are the highlight of course with cider to match, but pumpkins in the Fall with cornstalks, fresh veggies in the summertime, etc.

Annual Stop
Oct 2018 • Friends
My car club always stops at Sage’s on our annual wine tour. The selection of apples and other local produce, as well as jams and jellies, is very good. The real attraction at this time of year, though, are the apples. Definitely worth a stop!

There is a lot if great produce here. The prices are a little high . The apples are worth it. I'm thankful Chardon has such good place to get real food.

good locally grown or made products
May 2018 • Family
My adult daughter (type of visit should include family as option as I have adult children only or visit with my siblings) , her bf and I went on a Geauga driving tour and this was one of our stops. I purchased BlackBerry jam and applesauce here and loved them. I have been here before with family and have always found good products here. I highly recommend a visit. They used to give personalized tours of their apple growing business and apple cider manufacturing process to groups but do not know if they still do this.

Charming Place for the best local Apples & Old Fashioned Products!
Jun 2018 • Friends
Sages Apples is just the best place for a million kinds of apples & other fresh produce, plus traditional products like Amish and homemade jam, pickles, relish of all kinds, pancake & bread mixes from the local Fowlers Mill, gift baskets, Amish cheese, and so many delicious things. And Cider of course!

I recommend Ohio's official apple, the Holiday. I also love the bright, crisp Empire apples. They have innumerable varieties, so there's something for every taste. And if you're on a budget you can check the back wall for "seconds" -apples just as delicious as "firsts" but with tiny flaws or maybe a little smaller.

I live nearby and so can enjoy the place often. Every visitor I've ever taken there has been completely charmed.

A Chardon Treasure
Nov 2017
We always enjoy shopping at Sage's throughout the year. The apples are top quality and the fresh, in-season produce is delicious. From maple syrup to specialty canned goods, there is something for everyone at Sages. We love supporting the small, family run businesses in the area.

Great Little Farm Market
Sep 2017 • Couples
Wonderful little market for fresh, locally grown foods. Their corn, peaches, apples, and other fruits and vegetables are of highest quality. The family that owns the farm and market are great, friendly community members.
