Went camping this weekend. The campground is nice but at 4:12am highway state patrol was knocking on our camper door asking if we had a cooler and when I said no they didn't believe me and then started talking about coolers getting stolen and to report anything we see. Then went to the next camper that had small children and... More

I decided to make reservations to come to this park to camp because we wanted to take the dogs out for one last weekend before storing the camper for the winter. This park boast that it has lots of hiking trails and we like to wall with the dogs. Well... the hiking trails are just that made for hiking and... More

This is my favorite campground so far. We had a campsite that was electric only. Through out the campground there are areas to fill up portable water jugs and at the dump station you can fill up your camper with water. The campsites in section G are very cool. Instead of doing most of your outside activities in front of... More

The campground itself is nice, but shower houses could definitely use some improvements & updates. Loop C shower house had 2 showers, the handicap1& 1other small one. The handicap only had scalding HOT water w/NO WAY to adjust temp as handle was broken off. The smaller 1had cooler water but was also hard to manage. Tried other Loops& had similar... More

Weekend camping trip with friends. Overall, nice park with good size campsites. Dump station is prone to backups so be sure to either leave early on Sundays or plan for extra time.

A large park close to downtown. The loop backpacking trail circles the lake. The park is great for day hikes or camping. There are very good mountain bike trails. The creeks are fantastic for fossil hunting.

Yesterday was our first time ever at East Fork Lake. We didn't get to stay that long because a huge storm system blew in. The bathrooms were clean, the shelter kept us dry from the rain and the beach was nice. Due to the algae, showers in the bath house would've been nice though.

It was 100 degrees in the shade this last weekend but we still enjoyed our stay at East Fork. We are in love with this park. The campgrounds are beautiful... kept very clean and are shaded with tons of large trees. Minimal bugs bothering us! I was a bit confused about the water quality of the lake, having read warnings... We stayed in one of their two Cedar Cabins. Campgrounds were well kept and plentiful. Lots of RV using the space. Staff we interacted with were helpful. Cabin itself could use a deep cleaning and maintenance, but it had everything it stated it would. AC worked well as did all appliances. The lot for the cabin seem larger then many... More
