There were several bridges on a bridge tour of Valley City, but the Hi-Line railroad bridge was the best. It was well worth the drive to the edge of town to view it! Amazing!

Views of the famous Valley City railroad bridge are great. The bridge offers a shortcut that bypasses downtown Valley City and cuts a lot of time off the old Northern Pacific route from Fargo to the west.

Saw photos of the bridge everywhere n the city so had to find it. What is unusual is how much of the bridge you can see. Combined with the rolling hills in the background it makes a nice photo.
