What’s not to like about sipping wine, and eating food, whilst enjoying outstanding ocean views?!
We hadn’t been to this winery for quite a few years and when we visited today we were blown away by its recent transformation by the new owner. The location and views over the ocean are still as stunning as ever but the winery itself is now a modern and very attractive place to taste, to drink, and to eat some very delicious dishes. We tasted very good wines and enjoyed olives, sourdough bread and olive oil, but there was a range of more substantial and interesting dishes available. If you’re in Port Lincoln, this place is a ‘must visit’!

    Amazing visit
We’ve been to several tastings in the Barossa, McLaren Vale, Eden Valley and Kangaroo Island during our stay in South Australia - all of them scoring from very good to exeptional. But this was the best. Great wines, great food - and an amazing host, showing the best hospitality we could imagine. Thank you so much. This is definately the place to visit if you’re going to a winery in the Eyre Peninsula!

Lovely garden, relaxed wine tasting and lawn games
The relaxed wine tasting on the lawn is fabulous if you have kids in tow. There was boulles to play and plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the amazing views. The menu includes cocktails, beer, juice etc and platters. You could easily spend a few hours here!

A Delightful setting with a View!
Perfect location on what was a beautiful sunny day partaking of wine tasting, in a lovely revamped restaurant. The wine tasting gave us a chance to taste their other wines from their Woodside Barristers Winery together with the locally grown grapes. We both opted for the Specials of the Day being Spagettini Boston which was tossed with local prawns, squid, and mild salami which was absolutely delicious. The other was Kingfish Provencale pan seared and oven roasted served on a sauce of local olives and capers and a tomato broth accompanied with a side salad and herb potatoes which far exceeded my past experience of eating Kingfish! Both dishes were exceptional and highly recommended!

    Great,Great,Great
Great view as you relax and enjoy some quality wines. Great food with a number of options available for either snacking or a larger sized lunch. Really enjoyed the lamb and rosemary pie which paired extremely well with a Shiraz Great service from Jan who explained the wines from different regions which included Port Lincoln and the Adelaide Hills. Anyone visiting Port Lincoln should ensure they take a couple of hours to enjoy what the Boston Bay winery has to offer

We called in around lunchtime - many people eating what looked like very appetising platters. Unfortunately we had consumed a large breakfast, so lunch was "out" for us.
We were however welcomed warmly for a wine tasting. In light of Covid rules, we were ushered to a small table - no standing at the bar at the moment.
Five flights of excellent wine, and we staggered out with bottles to bring home.
Lovely location and views - great service

Great location with excellent views. Tony was a great host and genuinely interested in us and gave us some great insights into the Port Lincoln area. The next day my wife ran into him and he remembered her. The wines were fabulous and great value.

My wife and I booked in for lunch and ordered the 'Feed Me Fordie'. Absolutely delicious, well priced, extremely fresh and prepared excellently. Theis followed by the Strawberry desert, yum. The staff were friendly, efficient and well versed in the areas produce. The view really was worth a million Dollars. The host, Tony Ford was extremely funny and engaging. We had a great time and enjoyed an exceptional meal

Stunning View, beautiful place, gorgeous wines, can't fault this place. It is absolutely amazing place to visit. Very relaxing. Most of the wineries in the hills, but this one.. you have the view of the vineyard and the view of the sea. Would like to come back in this place.

After visiting Boston Bay winery on a tour, we visited again the day after for lunch. Emma did our tasting on the tour and she was brilliant - and she doesn’t even drink wine but she did a great job; we had some humour and she appreciated our short chat. Emma was there again the next day and treated us with a big smile; we’d obviously made a good impression. Emma served us for lunch, a seafood platter with accompanying wines. Absolutely delicious and the wines weren’t too shabby.

Thank you Emma. You’re a treasure - The Bonds have a great employee there. Not only did she serve us with a big smile she also cooked the bread rolls.

I love Boston Bay winery and wines. I’ll be back soon.
