Have not been in this area for many years. Took me back when used to collect cockles for fishing. Just as good now as then. Have size and bag limits but needed to sustain for the future. Had our limit in a very short time.

An extremely long beach. Very clean. Four wheel drive vehicles are allowed on the beach. So much room to sunbathe or swim and also plenty life guards on hand

Long beach with plenty of space for everyone. Good for swimming, body boarding or just laying on the sand. Reasonable facilities with car parking, toilets and a Cafe (Bombora). The information sign near the Surf Life Saving tower has a warning for rough surf, strong currents and snakes!!

Stunning beach, it is vehicle accessible though so be careful. Had a nice walk along here and enjoyed the sea.

Clean and nice long stretch. My kids enjoyed the sand, although it was cold. Luckily it did not rain.
Planning on visiting during the summers.

Visited on Tuesday 25th February. We stopped to check out this beach whilst we were in Goolwa. It is easy to get to and good for swimming or spending sometime relaxing on the sand.

A great beach to experience the freshest air on the planet. The surf endlessly rolls in from the Southern Ocean. A scenic and wide, sandy open beach. One of the best for splashing and surfing. By the time we get here next the facilities will be improved. When in Goolwa take the short drive to this beach.

Recommended.

Visited Goolwa Beach (90 Mile Beach) with family and friends, they beach is fantastic and well worth a visit, it is clean and on the day we visited, it was virtually empty, even though the weather was good. Would recommend a trip to this area if you are in the Adelaide area.

Love this beach. Expansive and good for long walks...Love seeing the horses but also very popular with dog walkers. Good surfing spot too. Very busy at holiday times but out of these times we often have it to ourselves.
