Loved our visit to Mary Cairncross Reserve! The nature walk is beautiful and the forest is full of wild wallabies hopping about! Adorable! Across the road, there is also an unbelievable view of the Glass House Mountains. Must-see!

Also, the paths are all shaded, making this an ideal hot weather attraction. New visitor center with knowledgeable and friendly volunteers....More

As soon as you enter the rainforest you are in a different, but natural, world. It is a great escape from the everyday world or an education should you read the many interpretive signs. It is a relatively easy 45 minute stroll suitable for all...More

We host international students so make an effort to show them some highlights of the Sunshine Coast, and this place is always on our 'must do' list. Staff will advise if the Wallabies have been seen and where-abouts, and it's a peaceful and quiet wander...More

No, I'm sorry you can't take your dog. There is an amazing variety of wildlife- birds of many varieties, reptiles and Pademelons (a type of marsupial).
