Untouched,Pristine,Cleanest area we've ever seen,even the nature is tidy-! Coastal dune hugging trees & mangroves help sands not get washed away..A photographers & painters perfect landscape.A whole day here is a must..keep up the brilliant clean up work- locals-!!
A lovely secluded beach with interesting rock formations as background. The walk to it through lovely forest, back of the Botanic Gardens. Though water looked inviting, crocodile warnings caution one not to venture in for a swim
This secluded bay so close to Cooktwn is lovely. The great banks of pebbles leading down to the water are unusual for this part of the world, but the water is beautifully clear, and the land falling down to the water makes for great photos....More
The carpark is a short 300 meters from the bay itself. There are wooden boards on the path to the sand to assist with walking/grip.
The bay itself is sheltered between two rock buffs on either side. Visitors seem to like bringing their dogs unleashed...More
