The boardwalk was okay - saw a really big praying mantis, and some nice fan palms, but due to it being under repair we didn't get very far. There is a display board near the toilets which tells you a bit about the history of maybe the aborigines in the area? Or early conservation. I can't quite remember.

After being recommend the Dubuji boardwalk as we had a baby in a pusher we were looking forward to our walk. Unfortunately the track is only open for a short distance as maintenance works are being done. We did enjoy walking around the area and the beach is very picturesque but would be more enjoyable when the entire boardwalk is... More

Easy walk (with some steps) gets you up close to the Daintree Forrest. Experience the birds, the creeks and rain forest in the comfort of a board walk with serene places to sit and absorb the sounds and sights of the forest.

The dubuji boardwalk is a lovely boardwalk with lots of different types of plants and wildlife. The circuit walk isn't too far either so is suitable for young children also. Definitely recommend as a lovely thing to do.

This was a nice boardwalk with different vines etc to the Marrdja boardwalk. It was partially closed though unfortunately.

Was not impressed by the fact that I could only walk part of the way into this walk. The bridge across the first creek was closed and hence I had to retrace back to the start of the walk. This could be signposted for tourists.

Amazing and stunning rain forest walk. The boardwalk is a reasonable to moderate walk with many stairs. You need 30 minutes if you intend to stop and observe the forest and the possible wild life sightings. There is a hiking track which is a more serious walk. Allow an hour and a quarter for this track. This is a more... More

This is a great way to get in and involved in the rainforest with minimal impact. Beware the cassowaries, the signs aren't just for show. One arrived in the car park within minutes of arriving.

This is a really easy walk through to the beach there are picnic tables along the way. You can then take the boardwalk through to the mangroves, unfortunately a large part of the boardwalk was closed for repairs but it was still a pleasant walk.
