I loved this unique experience and although there maybe other hot springs worldwide that do this a little better, it was a first for us and we loved it. I loved that the landscape encompassed everything Australian with the emphasis on the native flora and design. It is also impeccably maintained. We visited on a cool Autumn weekday morning and... My 12 year old daughter and I took my husband as a birthday treat, (our first visit ever) on ANZAC Day. The setting is absolutely stunning but I do agree with what some previous writers have said, (and yes, we visited on a public holiday), the place was over-crowded. There were groups of families with young children in googles jumping... More

Spent a wonderful few hours here on Monday. We had booked the public baths area with locker and robes hire. It was all worth it. Definitely make your way up to take a bath in the 360 degree view pool area. Recommend this exquisite place during a weekday with a loved one for relaxing and stress free day.

Visited the hot springs on Wed during working week (off peak). We had the soak and lunch package. We booked the non public area so the number of people were small so we had very good experience trying all the pools. Lunch was also very good and fresh. Overall we enjoyed our day trip to hot springs and will be... More

In theory this place should be a great tourist attraction but that's just what it is - a tourist attraction. I imagined a tranquil, serene place to chill but it's not. It's over crowded and you are fighting the crowds. I recommend you go there once to see the fuss but that's it. I also recommend that you go on... More

We went early in the morning, so it coated us barely anything. There were a fair bit of people, but after midday it was quieter. Beautiful spot and very relaxing. It was a hot day when we visited, so would love to go back in the winter.

The place is very busy from 12 noon to 3 pm, although it claimed to have over 20 pools, each one are just packed with people, not really an relaxing experience. The hot spring doesn't feel very natural for me to be honest, I feel like I am in warm water pool instead?! The photos online look great, especially in... More

Given a gift voucher for this experience found we couldn't book by phone even though it was in business hours. As we had not been before wanted queries answered so booked in online. This venue is surrounded by coastal bush and has some outstanding views of the countryside. The springs are relaxing and therapeutic and the facilities are very good, with a small kiosk & a larger take away or eat-in casual bistro. I believe that the larger restaurant situated within the day spa is excellent although I haven't tried it as yet.
