I've been here three times already. And I've loved every time I've been. I've been to both sides of the Hot Springs. The Dreaming Spa Centre is beautiful. The staff are professional and so helpful. Definitely a place to visit in Melbourne if you're from overseas.

A group of us went to these hot springs on a very chilly day in July. We could only get a booking for 3pm so the temperature was dropping when we arrived. You have to book so they can limit numbers so it doesn't get over crowded. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We hired towels but felt... More

Great relaxing environment. Pubik bathing area. Can't wait to go back. I'll be getting a massage next time. Abit busy on the Saturday but it was expected. My body was so relaxed after the bathing.

We drove from Melbourne CBD with pre-booked early birds tickets, and brought our own robes, towels and thongs, so checkin went smoothly. The hot spring was a lot smaller than I thought, although it is well equipped with a resting area, a few family shower rooms and a spa centre which I couldn't go cos we were with our 2yr... More

We had booked a session including a massage, booking I say is essential. We chose midday Friday as it suited the weekend getaway but next time i would try earlier in the week and make it work. Saying that we were welcomed and everything was clearly explained by the staff so the larger amount of people wasn't a great problem.... More

Came with my best friend for a day. We bought the graze and bathe package, but didn't realise that didn't include entry into the main pools area. I called on the morning of our booking and the staff kindly changed it for us so we could have the package but with entry into the main area instead. So many pools... More

Middle of Victorian Winter last thing this Queenslander thought she would do is pop the bathers on and skip from bath to bath on the Mornington Peninsular. What a wonderful experience and very professional job done in all areas of this facility. Make sure you make the effort and get there and take a Terry Robe if you have one... More

We didn't book ahead and was told they were fully booked. Even tried both spa centres. We decided to stay for lunch at the Dreaming spa centre. Food was divine. We had the Asiette dish for two consisting of calamari salad (yum!), kangaroo on sweet potato mash and a Caesar salad. Then tried our luck after the food and was... More

It just makes me feel so sad to see that this has become about the number of people they can stuff in over the experience of each guest. Turned into a circus. My spa treatment (scrub and massage in a steam room) was phenomenal but as soon as I walked into a public space whether it be pools or change... More
