We booked for the Sanctuary package experience. It is quite pricey compared to the Mornington Peninsula hotsprings. There are only limited 5 pools to select from plus one dip pool, a steam room and hammam. I went recently on peak period in September so it was quite busy and the change room and shower are shared so it's a little... More

This experience was an expensive waste of time. $79 entry and towel for two people. 2 hours of access to the general pools. The complex is tired ( dead plants) boring (decor) and very very overrated. Hard to believe it won a prize for best spa. Certainly $79. Does not buy you ANY luxury at the luxury spa resort. Total... More

Overall we enjoyed our visit to this spa and we had relaxing time. However there are a few things which set this place back when compare with competitors: 1. General area is very small and limited just to two pools. I might be wrong and missed something tho. But no sauna, steam or anything like this. Just two large pools... More

We chose the Sanctuary spa package with Devonshire tea. We also had a treatment each. Staff were friendly from the moment we arrived and made us feel relaxed and pampered. Only downside was the bubbles in one of the pools wasn't working. The treatments were great and again the staff were awesome. Devonshire tea was an ideal snack afterwards.

Amazing place to have an R&R session!! Great staff and great customer service too! Everything about this place is so amazing, my partner and i went yesterday. We were so relaxed after coming here. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who visits Hepburn and Daylesford.

I was given a Sanctuary pass as a present which are normally $95 for a two hour pass. There are various spas and sauna-like experiences, including an aroma therapy steam room and a salt pool and you wander between the various pools at your own pace. Initially, I thought two hours would be too long but I did spend about... More

We only window shopped didn't buy so to speak. Haven't visited here for over 30 years and were impressed with the set up, inclusion of the heritage style buildings with the now very modern reception and baths area but we only looked through the the windows at the spa pool etc. we had read the trip advisor comments and agree... The bath house and day spa have been completely rebuilt / refurnished. What a wonderful update. You can relax in the mineral water of the bath house (children allowed) or in the adults only retreat then the amazing day spa where facials and massages including lunch are an indulgence. Its not cheap but definitely worth the experience. Only downfall is... More

We visited the bathhouse sanctuary section for a girls weekend getaway. We loved the experience of covering each other with mud in the haman and enjoyed the outdoor pools. They have a cold (Very cold) cool down pool which was great when we needed to cool down from the variety of hot pools and the steam room. Massages were blissful!!!... More

We chose Hepburn for my partners birthday holiday so that we could have an adult holiday without our child to enjoy pampering at different day spas, mineral springs, facials and massages. I read a lot of mixed reviews about the Bathhouse so I decided not to try their massages and food packages. I booked the Bathhouse & Sanctuary 2 hr... More
