this is a really interesting place to visit. There are many historical items of interest - even old slot machines and musical piano/ Lots of things of interest to children too. Great tea and cake!

A great place to visit at any time. Friendly and welcoming staff. The shop has a varied selection and there's a small cafe for refreshments. Full of amazing artefacts from mammoth remains to a ghetto blaster! Old fashioned penny machines and quizzes keeps children entertained....More

Nice stop off. Great shop better than most bigger museums. Tea room at good price for posh coffee. The attractions inside very informative and the are other other interests for the family. for example falconry, WW1 trench experience.

Lovely little museum. It's free entry and has some lovely little old games for the children to play on. You exchange £1 for 12d (old pennies) and then you can have a go on the old style games machines. The children had loads of fun...More

Spent a very enjoyable few hours mooching in the museum. A quaint and curious collection of all sorts Wellingborough. Loved the old one penny slot machines. Highly recommended.

Yes, sandwiches, cakes, ice creams, tea/coffee/chocolate but not hot food.

Yes, there are no steps into the museum and there is a lift to get to the first floor. We have a wheelchair for customer use. Disabled parking is outside our main door.
