Great place

A fun free day out with the kids and dog. Plenty to keep you occupied. Lovely place to take a picnic. The kids love it.

This is somewhere close to my home and somewhere I always wanted to visit. It has a lovely car park, which includes disabled parking and it offers food and drink with a large outdoor seating area for a nice day or you could take your own and sit in the grounds. Because I am disabled I borrowed a mobility scooter... More

Went here for a walk with my wife and 8 week old daughter and my parents. Had lunch in the cafe, very nice and great food and friendly staff. The centre has plenty to do, nice walks can even cycle round too. A great day out that's local

Came here with my two young children and husband to do a 4 hour cycle hire, we paid £29 for two bikes and one buggy for the the little ones to sit in. The guy in the cycle dept set up the bike with the buggy and as soon as our 4 yr old got in it became unclipped from... More

From first arrival staff were friendly and helpful. Good parking. Clean rest rooms. A nice café. Easy access and wheelchair friendly. The experience was well organised with plenty of time for everyone to handle the safer birds... not sure I'd want hold the large eagles, which were impressive! The handlers love their job and you realise the special relationships they... More

£3 to park all day, loads of play areas (the best according to our lad were the 'wobbly circles' at the natural play area!!) plenty of places for the dog to be off a lead, Geocache everywhere, £2.50 for 20 minutes on a bouncy castle/slide and no shortage of picnic benches. What's not to love!?

We stayed in cedar lodge which was lovely but could do with some basic maintenance, lovely surroundings with a nice pub just down the road, the actual centre itself was rather expensive especially with 3 children, overall had a nice time and would visit again

We came to have an evening with the owls and it was a truly memorable experience. Dalton and Richard were very welcoming from the outset. The experience and bonds they shared with the owls is wonderful to see and makes the experience all the more worthwhile. It is great to see to enthusiasts so dedicated to such a worthwhile cause.... really enjoyed our morning getting close to a range of different birds of prey including a laughing cookabarra, kestrel, hawk and a range of owls. Both of the leaders were very knowledgeable and friendly and there is no limit on the photographs you can take. We booked through Living Social. My only complaint would be that the size of the...
