We motorcycled from Dickinson to Regent and came down the Enchanted Highway. My favourite was the grasshopper sculpture. Pretty cool! Be sure to stay at the Enchanted Castle in Regent and go to the museum when you are here.

What fun side trip to get off of I-94 for a couple of hours. You will get a kick out of the sculptures that you will see. Get a chance to see rural North Dakota--see the wheat and the folks that cannot be beat!

One of the last things you expect to see on a cross-country tour of the Midwest, is a long highway filled with gigantic steel animals, bugs, fish, and just extreme bigness!!! It was about 32 miles of road interspersed with cool giant welded landmark-esque sculptures...More

I should follow up that while the museum and everything is free - these folks do appreciate any donations as this is how everything is funded in this small gem.
