Was on holiday and looking for somewhere to go for a walk so it ticked all the boxes. Long clean sandy beaches and you can walk for miles if you like. Not much else at it. A small play park and a wee quiet cafe.

Well worth a visit for fresh air and fun on the coast. Well maintained wc's and an ice little beach hut/ old fashioned take room for drinks, ice creams and lots of people enjoying a nice little traditional breakfast.

We had a lovely day out to Haverigg beach and really enjoyed beachcombing, collecting shells and exploring the sand dunes. The beach itself was very clean, it seemed to go on for miles with great views of the surrounding area, We liked the sculpture by...More

Awful desolate place, granted it was a winter visit but it was dead on a Saturday, I wouldn’t recommend driving out to visit

I really don't want to tell you about this place, Only because I'm greedy and want the place to myself. There's a beach cafe with old-fashioned (meaning not goats cheese and rocket sandwiches) toast, snacks, meals or a decent bacon butty and a good cuppa...More

Great beach with plenty to do. Kids park behind the beach and toiletries. Also a small beach cafe. Due to the time of year no sunbathers but plenty of family's walking dogs and riding horses. Lovely views of black comb in the backdrop. Check tide...More

A great place to excercise your dog, yourself or both. Lovely views out to sea and the Isle of Man on a clear day. Pebbles and shells, jelly fish and Egrets are likely to be seen from here.

Took the dogs for a walk on the beach twice, weather was awful but they loved it, lots of sand dunes and would be nice for children in the summer. Not much more you can say about the beach.
