We visited as part of a classic spa break deal. We had stayed in the hotel the night before and ambled over in the morning. The staff were great, the facilities were good and the treatments were relaxing. The food was pretty good with the exception of the puddings. Neither the chocolate brownie or the bakewell tasted of much. I... More

Came here alone for a spa day to chill out and relax. It was a perfect day. I had a champagne afternoon tea included in the deal. It was great because I could have the tea in the spa cafe and not go over to the main hotel. Treatments were good and service was very friendly and professional. Recommended!

We booked using a travelzoo voucher which included a facial, back massage and champagne afternoon tea. We received a warm welcome from staff and were shown around the facilities. The main facilities are arranged around the swimming pool and we really enjoyed the hydro therapy pool. There are a selection of loungers located around the pool if you want to... More

we have stayed here a few times over the years, a lovely homely and friendly hotel with a great spa. The restaurant is of a great standard and the bar which is only small is great with great staff. The rooms are modern but classical so you don't get the feeling that you get in a chain hotel no matter... More

Yet another visit to Rookery Hall and spa, this time with my wife, we both had treatments in the Spa with Emma who by now probably know as much as I do about my MS so well worth session. We decided to stay over and room 2 the adapted for wheelchairs was available, there was a few new faces and... More

When you book into a Spa Hotel I find it only fair to split it into 3 categories - Hotel, the Spa and finally the Restaurant. The Hotel is easy to get to with beautiful surroundings and has plenty of parking - the reception is coned off and would be better if there were signs indicating it is a drop... More

The hotel is situated just outside Nantwich in a beautiful countryside with the adjacent spa centre and plenty of parking space. The rooms are very specious and nicely decorated with all the mod cons (including USB charging points) guests would neeed. The service was fast and friendly - I even got asked if I needed help with getting the bed... More

Just returned from a spa weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Spa treatments are excellent. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and we left our massage and facial feeling very relaxed and content. Based upon this alone I would definitely recommend the Spa. The pool area however was a disaster. For large periods of the day it is, quite rightly,... More

My Granddaughter bought me a Spar day for my birthday. It was so very relaxing. I would recommend it to any one who loves been pampered. The whole building was spotlessly clean, very relaxing. I had a facial with Sarah who was very good, so relaxing thought I was going to go to sleep. We swam in the lovely pool,... More
