Start at the cafe by the bridge following the path to another bridge, then another much larger bridge. This leads to a walk back into town ending up at Il Girasole or many other restaurants take your pick!

We walked our granddaughter (6) through the park and across the river, from the bridge we watched two swans in synchronised dance on the water which we had never witnessed before it was amazing

Fantastic river no rubbish lots of weeping willows and swans A joy. For a city break we recommend walking along the Great Ouse path and enjoy the parks and market place. Have coffee in the square and watch the world go by.

Beautiful river that crosses St Neots right in the middle. If the summer is hot enough, you can even swim it.
