More
Willow Row Barrow is a hand-crafted monument providing a haven of peace and calm. Echoing what they meant to our ancient ancestors, Willow Row is a secular monument for the safe storage of cremation ashes, a unique venue for commemorative events and funerals. The barrow also provides a venue for education, intimate performance, and peaceful contemplation.

Dear Su, Thank you for your kind words - We has underestimated the ethereal dividend the structures provide. Essentially when we complete a barrow it is passed to community - we no longer ‘own’ the structure.... our role as Guardian begins in earnest.

I was enticed to visit Willow Row barrow due to its secluded location in nature, and due to my interest working in end of life care. I’m so glad I did. The Barrow is a haven, a sanctuary and sacred place for the safe keeping...More

We visited Willow Row Barrow on a recent open day and I'm so glad we did. I'm a long-time lover and visitor of the many prehistoric cairns and tombs found in Orkney, but these are now archeological sites, mainly heavily damaged, and they no longer...More

I visited the barrow as a professional celebrant and was moved beyond words with the beauty and magnificence of this amazing structure. I was taken back to my childhood in Wiltshire which has some prehistoric barrows. The peaceful location and magical qualities of this modern...More
