Was very disappointed with my experience here. Went to see Oppenheimer, arrived early and ordered food at our seats as the trailers started. Some of which didn’t arrive until the film had started and the rest didn’t arrive at all. I had to leave the film and enquire where it was and was told it had been forgotten!
I also found it very distracting that food and drink were still being delivered into the screen 15-30 mins into the film. Finally this cinema has incredibly limited parking and we were forced to park at the train station down the road. This all completely ruined my experience of what was otherwise an excellent film.
On the positive side the seats are very comfortable and spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Great film but the venue has gone downhill since I first started going a few years back. Ordered £40 food, and although only about 6 people in the Screen didn’t bring my full order. The film started and no one came to shut the door so we had to listen to people talking in the bar area, until they finally did. I think the staff are nice enough but too laid back. Also my popcorn was stale and too salty. When I mentioned it afterwards the member of staff said albeit politely ‘and what would you like me to do about it?’ Even more off-putting was watching a member of staff putting her fingers in the popcorn machine to help herself to a piece of popcorn. What ‘I’ will be doing about it is taking my £70 elsewhere in future.

I don’t really want to tell you how enjoyable it is here because then it will get busier!!! However, that’s not nice so I will. Parking around the corner is easy. Staff super friendly. Snack food is tasty and they serve you in your seat - which was a comfy sofa with cushions and loads of leg room. Easy to book online. By far the best place around here to go see a film. Don’t go 😂😂

We attended for the premiere of the Beyonce film.
Staff are friendly and attentive.
My vegan hotdog was nice but seemed to be much smaller than the meat version. Good dog though.
Also the chips, really disappointing. All small and like cigarette butts. Please don’t serve up such sh1te.
Also why did you get rid of the pina colada?
£50 for two tickets, plus food/drinks makes it £100 cinema night out.
😩😩😩😩

Wonderful experience for the baby cinema showing today. Staff were exceptionally friendly and I felt really comfortable being there with my 6 week old baby on a tuesday morning. Baby screenings include tea and cake, which are bought to your (very comfortable) seat, in the cinema. Plenty of space between the seats. Great baby change facilities. I ended up staying for a delicious lunch of the Korean BBQ chicken burger as it was so easy to be there with a baby and I didn't feel rushed at all. Free parking too if you scan your ticket. Thank you to the staff! We will be back next week!

This is a small complex of small screens. The service is great, the seats are spacious and food and drink can be served to your seat.
Unfortunately this luxury comes at a price.
The seat prices are steep.
The drink prices are, well a bit greedy.
And, if this were not enough, there is a booking fee for buying a ticket.
I think more seats and drinks would be sold if management took a look at the pricing.

Absolutely loved the Baby Club showing today at 10.15am. What a fab idea. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Coffee is better than most cafes and carrot cake was delicious. Plan on going back for sure & would recommend to any mum with a young baby.

Got a £100 car parking fine for stopping in the car park late at night to pick up my daughter from the cinema. Only two other cars in the car park so I wasn’t stopping other people from parking. Certainly won’t be going back to the cinema or recommending it to my friends.
