Went here recently with my partner. Had a 3 course meal, steak came with sweet potato and half grilled tomato, no sauce or gravy etc offered, so tasted dry! Ordered red wine which they forgot about until we asked about it. Was too cold as it was "downstairs" in stock area. So we chose a different wine! For 2 adults... More

Walked into a room for a head in the clouds treatment which for one smelled foul, like something had died. The therapist hurt me so bad and didn't reduce pressure when I asked it to. She pulled my hair out it wasn't enjoyable at all. I was left with a severe migraine

Myself and my mum visit Champneys with very high expectations. Upon arrival we were greeted at the front desk and given out packs for the day containing all our itinerary for the day ( the day being 09:00-18:00 ) Our treatments and lunch had already been pre booked for us to which the time of the afternoon treatment didn't suit...
