Sunset is the time..

If you don't go it's Sunset, you're only going to want to return at Sunset. Glow when the sun is low in the sky, great photo op. Got some great photos here

We drove our and it is on the other side of the island from Oak Bluffs. watch out for parking as you will get ticketed if outside the marked areas. A nice sight and historical one relating to the Wampanoag tribe. they have the shops that are there and the description of the cliffs and the nearby lighthouse are worth... More

Great beautiful place to admire! So calming and relaxing! The light house is also a great visit! They show you pictures of how they moved the light house! It's really a great experience.

This has to be.one of the most beautiful sights on marthas vineyard. It is i On part of the island that is less populated. The lighthouse is also beautiful.

My family and I have been vacationing on the island for over 12 years. The hype was always to go to Menemsha for lobsters and to watch the sunset. Several days ago we were dining at Lucky Hanks, in Edgartown, which was very tasty, I might add. We became engaged in a conversation, with a couple, who owned a summer... More

Dramatic cliffs of red rocks and clay. The brick lighthouse truly blends well with these earthy colors. Seeing the cliffs from above is a good starting point to appreciate its beauty. However, walking the beach gives another perspective where you can see the poetic rocky surface by the water. The farther away from the cliffs, the lesser the crowds and... More

When you visit Martha's Vineyard make sure you visit the Gay Head Lighthouse. After the lighthouse hike down below to the beach and enjoy the Ocean! See the cliffs from the beach - not just from the top at the Lighthouse. Bring your bathing suit, camera, binoculars, plenty of water and snacks as there isn't much around except at the... More

We have visited the Vineyard several times but our visits were mainly in the towns like Edgartown, Oaks Bluff, and Vineyard Haven. While these towns are quaint, I was never thrilled due to the crowds. So, as result, I never quite understood the appeal of the Vineyard . However, on our last visit, we ventured out to the Aquinnah Cliffs,... More

Fun drive out--had to drive around and wait a bit for parking but a spot opened up quickly. Stunning view that even impressed teens. A don't miss when on the island.

It is a nice view, with a good beach. It is a place that you could meet with the nature. The place has a good vibe. Perfect scenery
