If you happen to pass by this museum, do stop in. The exhibits are interesting and I especially liked the shaman altars. Enjoy a sit in the small square out of the side door.

The murals in the Museo de San Roque are absolutely incredible. The murals display Mexican history in a beautiful tapestry-like format. The attention to detail is meticulous and awe-striking. It is somewhat of a hidden-gem that I would recommend to anyone.

This museum is small, and by far the most interesting part is the huge murals depicting Mayan history. This is located on the square, and is well-worth a short visit.

A lot more to this place than meets the eye, and the few of you who will fully explore the place will receive many surprises. Great little spot.

the museum should have been a fascinating place to spend about an hour discovering the history of Valladolid. There were lots of exhibits but the explanations were all uni-lingual in Spanish. I know I should make more effort to learn the local language but it...More

This is a small museum in downtown Valladolid. There is free admission, just sign the guest book. Not too many exhibits, but the courtyard is pretty. Bathrooms were not functioning.
